How do I register with Karascope?

Simply click on the 'Register' button, which is positioned on the top left of the screen. Complete the registration form, filling in all the fields marked with a star (*). Finally click 'Register' at the bottom of the form to complete the registration.
 

How do I log into my account?

Simply click on the 'Log In' button, which is positioned on the top left of the screen. You will then need to enter the email address that you registered with and your password.
 

How do I add funds to my Karascope account?

Firstly log into your account. Once you have logged in you will be given the option to 'Add Funds'. Choose this option. Then choose the amount that you wish to add. You will then be asked to pay for your credit through Karascope's secure payment service, Worldpay Secure Server. Please note that critically sensitive information, such as your credit card details, is encrypted so it cannot be read in transit. We accept Delta debit cards, Visa, MasterCard, Solo and Switch/Maestro.
 

What is the minimum amount of credit that I can purchase?

The minimum amount of credit that you can purchase is £15. Karascope has an excellent reward scheme in place where we give you more for your money!
 

How long is my credit valid for?

Credit is valid for 90 days from the date of purchase. If you top up before the end of the 90 day period then the net value of the credit is valid for a further 90 days. Each time you log into your account you are able to see how many days you have left before your credit expires.
 

How do I add items to 'My Basket'?

Click the 'Buy' button situated next to the item you wish to purchase in order to add it to your basket. You will then be taken to the checkout screen. If you wish to add more items to your basket before paying please click 'Continue Shopping'. 
 

How do I pay for items in my basket?

In order to pay for items in your basket you must have sufficient credit in your account to cover the value of your purchase. If you have insufficient credit then you will need to 'Add Funds' to your account. To purchase your selected downloads please click the 'Buy and Download' button in the checkout section. You will then be asked to confirm your purchase, click 'I Agree - Purchase this item' to complete the transaction. The items will then be available to download from the 'Your Downloads' screen.
 

Once I have purchased an item will I be able to download it again at a later date?

Yes. All items that you have purchased are available to download at any time and can be accessed from the 'Your Downloads' screen.
 

The webpage appears to be displaying incorrectly in my web browser, what should I do?

Karascope is W3C compliant and is compatible with the following web browsers: Firefox Mac, Safari Mac, Chrome Mac, Firefox PC, Safari PC, Chrome PC, IE6*, IE7, IE8, IE9. However, we would welcome any comments regarding web browser compatibility, please email your comments to suggestions@karascope.com. *Please note that we are phasing out support for IE6. Use of IE6 is now discouraged by all parties including the British Government (and other European governments) as it poses a high security risk to users still using it.
